Two Robust Noise Monitoring telemetry stations have been installed in Gum (Sand) Island on May 1, 2010, on oil well of 3500m depth, on 427 numbered well of 5000m of Shirvan “OIL” Company on October 20, 2011. At present, 3rd and 4th stations are installed in Naphtalan and Siyazannepht. Experiments in Gum Island and Shirvan show that, it’s possible to record abnormal seismic processes causing earthquake 15-20 hours before standard seismic stations.

On December 8, 2011, a group of specialists of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies visited Institute of Cybernetics upon the request of the institute. They got acquainted with record of abnormal seismic processes at telemetry stations transferring experimental information to the server .
