On November 23-25, 2011, Director of the Institute of Human Rights of ANAS, doctor of law Ayten Mustafayeva and chief of the department of the institute, head of the Azerbaijan Bureau of UNESCO's bioethics department Vugar Mammadov visited People's Republic of China.

During the visit, they had been at China Institute of Contemporary International Relations and met with director of the Institute Chuy Liju.

During the meeting, relations between the two institutions, joint scientific researches, had been discussed. They came to an agreement to sign Memorandum of Understanding between two organizations during visit of deputy director of the Institute of Contemporary International Relations to Azerbaijan on May.

The delegation also visited Russian Research Center attached to the institute and met with center's director Fenq Yucun and investigator Liciu Wang. Should be noted that, this research center conducts research about Azerbaijan at the same time.
