Main scientific achievements: | Has defined that metallurgy and metal working of Nakhchivan in VI-I has appeared and developed millennia on a local basis of local raw materials; has studied period of ancient cultures of Nakhchivan, has defined new chronology for Early and Middle Bronze Age monuments; has defined that Nakhchivan is the native land Early Bronze Age cultures. Studying and comparing ancient cultures of Nakhchivan to cultures of Minor Asia and Southern Caucasus has defined that the culture of painted ceramics from Nakhchivan has extended in other regions; investigating spiritual culture of ancient tribes of Nakhchivan, has revealed that ancient cultures of Nakhchivan, in number samples of art are closely connected with ethnography and folklore of the Azerbaijan people. It is opened semantic sense of rock drawings of Gemigaya. The collection of archaeological monuments of Nakhchivan is published. The archaeological monuments revealed in territory of Nakhchivan are accepted on the account and passported. Researches last years reveal new monuments of an epoch энеолита and a neolith. It is established that in an epoch of the developed iron in territory of Sharur existed the state which struggle against Urartian aggressors. |
