The electrophysiological analysis of membrane mechanisms of ion and hormonal regulation of motive forces of potassium transport was carried out in cells of root epidermis. The  nature of kinetin and its synthetic analogue as regulator of membrane processes, its protected role under stress conditions was revealed.
The response of root on Al stress, electro-and biochemical effects under low pH, role of Ca in plant Al-resistance have been studied. In 1999-2000 joint with Germany specialists Al-induced chandes in synthesis and denradation of proteins and proteolytic activity were investigated in plant roots.
